What is Komitas Cultural Committee and why should I join?

In 2004 our organization became aware of the need to create Komitas Cultural Committee, which is exclusively designed to meet the needs of Armenian youth and young adults. 

It consists of groups of Armenian youth, professionals, and community leaders who come together to create a new conversation about what it means to be an Armenian. 

The goal is to increase our awareness about Armenian history and culture, while providing a space for Armenians to connect to their roots and transmit cultural values to the next generation.

One of our goals is to organize cultural and social events and forums, while bringing all Armenians with diverse backgrounds together. Komitas Cultural Committee supports Armenians in connecting and reaching out to Armenians worldwide by embracing our identity through cultural awareness.
