Individual, Family and Youth Counseling and Seminars

The Ark Family Center’s mission is To generate personal growth for youth, adults, and families by providing seminars, individual counseling, training and programs that help transform the participants, both in the way they relate to themselves and to others.. We are dedicated to providing programs that assist each participant in gaining self-awareness, which we believe assists people to live a life of choice. By living a life of choice, participants are able to create lives free of past trauma and unhealthy behaviors that have been passed down from generation to generation.

We provide counseling services locally in Glendale, Pasadena, Burbank, Eagle Rock, La Canada, La Crescenta and throughout all of Southern California to youth, adults and families which include: Educational Seminars, 1-on-1 Coaching/Counseling, Hypnotherapy and Mentorship Services.

Our Educational Seminars, 'Create Freedom and Awareness' aka CFA, are designed for youth ages 14-17 and adults 18 and over. We have special programs and limited funding for Low income families and at-risk youth please ask us about these programs, we are here to serve you.

Our One-on-One Coaching sessions are designed for individuals, and business professionals.

Our Hypnotherapy sessions are designed for people who are trying to manage anger, quit smoking, lose weight, overcome phobias, and much more….

Our Mentorship services are offered to all CFA Youth graduates as an ongoing support for them to reinforce their learning’s from our 8 week CFA program and providing them with guidance, leadership skills, and a safe place that supports collaboration, understanding and integrity.
